English and Japanese are available for both devices and administrator screen in Acall. In addition, additional wording when notifying visitor notifications to workers and connecting to external calendars will be written in both Japanese and English by setting the language on the administrator screen.
Turning ON English display support in company setting
After logging in to Acall Portal, click [Settings] > [Company setting] on the side menu.
Turn ON [Multiple languages] in Additional functions section and click [UPDATE] to complete the setting.
Change the language in the administrator screen
After logging in to Acall Portal, click the globe icon on the left side of your icon to display the language menu.
Select [English] to switch to English in the administrator screen.
