English and Japanese are available for both devices and administrator screen in Acall. In addition, additional wording when notifying visitor notifications to workers and connecting to external calendars will be written in both Japanese and English by setting the language on the administrator screen.
Turn ON multiple language (Japanese/English) UI support in company setting
Click [Settings] > [Company setting] on the side menu of Acall Portal.
Turn ON [Multiple languages] in Additional functions section and click [UPDATE] to complete the setting.
Change UI language
Click the globe icon on the left side of your icon in Acall Portal.
Select [English] or [Japanese] to switch language.
