If you connect to a different Wi-Fi after check-in
When your PC connects to a different Wi-Fi, such as when moving from one meeting room or floor to another, you will automatically be checked in to the spot that has the newly connected Wi-Fi information.
You can switch between automatically checking out of the spot that you have already checked in or leaving them checked in using "Auto Check-out" setting below.
Auto Check-out
You can set Auto Check-out of the spot that you have already checked in when switching Wi-Fi connections.
💡 Note
・ For those who have reserved seats or equipment, we recommend that you leave Auto Check-out turned OFF to avoid end of use unintentionally before the end time of your reservation.
・ If you are not reserving seats or equipment, and are only checking in to your office or floor using Wi-Fi Check-in, please turn ON Auto Check-out.
⚠️
・ You will not be automatically checked out of a spot when the Wi-Fi connection is disconnected or when the Wi-Fi connection is changed.
It will always be when you check in to a new spot to be checked out of the previous spot automatically.
・ If there are multiple spots that you have already checked in, you will be checked out from all spots.
Turn ON Auto Check-out
Right-click Acall Desktop application in your PC's task tray (notification area) to display the menu.
Make sure [Wi-Fi Check-in] is checked.
Click [Auto Check-out when switching Wi-Fi] and turn ON the function.
💡 Note
[Auto Check-out] appears only when [Wi-Fi Check-in] is ON.
If the latest reservation information is not reflected
In some cases listed below, Acall Desktop does not reflect the latest information and check-in may not work automatically.
- Immediately after the administrator registers Wi-Fi information for the spot
- Immediately after the worker reserves the spot
In this case, right-click Acall Desktop application > [Reload] to get the latest information.
