This page describes "Work Plan" function available in the spot check-in function.
Work Plan
"Work Plan" function allows you to set your own work schedule (work hours).
Basic work hours for each day of the week can be set as a work plan.
If you have days that you work different hours than your basic work hours, you can set up an individual work plan by specifying the date.
What happens when you set your work plan
Once your work plan is set up, when you reserve a spot on Acall Portal or Acall Mobile, the initial start and end time of the reservation will be displayed based on your work plan.
This eliminates the need to select reservation time each time, especially if you often use a spot at a fixed time.
💡 Note
This specification is only available when reserving a seat spot.
When reserving a room spot (meeting room, free space, etc.), work plan is not applied and the initial value is uniformly displayed as "1 hour from current time".
Initial start/end time of spot reservation
Based on the following factors, the initial start and end times of the spot reservation screen will be displayed.
- Work Plan
- Reservable time of the spot
- Current time

Administrators can set the reservable time. Uncheck the "Open 24 hours" checkbox to set the reservable time (start and end times) on spot setting screen.
Reservable time of spots can also be set in a batch using CSV. |

If you manually select a time as shown below, nothing will be displayed below the time.

Examples of default start/end time
- Reserve a spot before start working
- Reserve a spot before start working
- Reserve a spot available only in the afternoon
Default start/end time when Work Plan is not set
The default start / end times are displayed based on the "reservable time of the spot" and "current time".
When reserving a spot that is available 24 hours a day, the default times are "0:00 - 24:00".
Please set your basic work hours as your work plan for each day of the week and use spots.
How to set Work Plan
You can set your Work Plan on Acall Potal, Acall Mobile and Acall Desktop.
💡 Note
Work Plan setting will be the same no matter where you set up.
For example, if you set your work plan on Acall Portal, the same settings will be applied to Acall Mobile and Acall Desktop.

How to check other member's Work Plans
On Acall Desktop app, you can list today's work plan for members other than yourself.
