This page describes what you can do with the calendar linking feature (Outlook/Google) on Acall.

What you can do with calendar linking

With Acall's calendar linking feature, you can sync your appointments with Outlook Calendar or Google Calendar.

• Appointments created on Acall are automatically reflected on Outlook / Google Calendar
• Appointments created on Outlook / Google Calendar are automatically reflected on Acall
• "Meeting room reservation" and "Sending e-mail with appointment code" can be completed on Outlook/Google Calendar.

⚠️ Note
・ Cross reflecting appointments between Acall and Outlook / Google Calendar is not available.
・ You can not link both Outlook Calendar and Google Calendar. Either Outlook Calendar or Google Calendar can be linked.

Steps of using calendar linking feature

The steps of using the calendar linking feature is as follows.

1. Check operating requirements
2. Select a meeting room reservation method
3. Contact Acall
4. Set up on Acall side
5. Set up on customer's side and start using

1. Check operating requirements

To use the calendar linking function, please check "Operation Requirements for Calendar Linking Feature".

If it does not meet the requirements, you will not be able to use calendar linking feature.

2. Select a meeting room reservation method

You must pre-select whether to create meeting room reservations and appointments on Outlook / Google Calendar or on Acall.

Please refer to "Select Meeting Room Reservation Method" for details.

3. Contact Acall

Before start using calendar linking feature, Acall needs to do setup.

Please contact us to let us know that you want to start using this feature and the method you have selected in Step 2.

Customers who did not plan to use calendar linking when Acall was introduced, please contact us via Contact Form.

4. Set up on Acall side

Set up on Acall side. We will contact you as soon as the setup is complete.

5. Set up on customer's side and start using

When you receive a notification from Acall that your settings are complete, please follow the instructions below to set up and use the feature.
