Getting the meeting room information from Google Calendar resources and importing it

Click [Workspaces] in the Portal side menu, and then click [Import from Google] from the symbol in the upper right corner of the screen.

The meeting rooms or equipment registered in Google Calendar will be displayed.

Check the room or equipment you want to import, select one of them, and then click Import.

Confirming the import contents

Finally, confirm that the imported contents are correct.

The imported meeting room will have the email address registered.

It may take some time for the data to be reflected.
