This page explains how to log in to WorkstyleOS Portal and reset your password when you forget it.
Logging in to WorkstyleOS Portal
Open the WorkstyleOS Portal login screen, enter the email address that is registered on the WorkstyleOS Portal, and click [NEXT].
NOTE
If the email address is incorrect, it will display the "ACALL account is not found" message.
After entering your registered email address, you will see the screen below.
Enter the password and click [LOGIN].
NOTE
If the password is incorrect, the message "Please login" will be displayed.
If you can't log in even after retyping your password, please refer to [When you forget the password.]
Enter the correct password to complete the login and the WorkstyleOS Portal screen will appear.
When you forget the password
Open the WorkstyleOS login screen and click [Forgot your password?]
Enter your email address and click [SEND].
NOTE
If the email address is incorrect, it will display the "ACALL account is not found" message.
You will receive a [ACALL: Reset Password] email.
Click on the link in the email.
The RESET PASSWORD screen will appear.
Enter a new password, and click [CHANGE PASSWORD].
When you see the message, "password update done", click [LOGIN].
The WorkstyleOS Portal login screen will open.
Please log in with your new password.
Signing out on the WorkstyleOS Portal
To sign out on the WorkstyleOS Portal, click the icon in the upper right corner of the WorkstyleOS Portal > [Sign-out].
After the sign-out is complete, the login screen will appear.
