This page explains how to start using the basic functions of WorkstyleOS.
What is WorkstyleOS Portal?
WorkstyleOS Portal is a web application for using WorkstyleOS.
It is the basic administration screen for WorkstyleOS and all users registered on WorkstyleOS can use WorkstyleOS Portal.
In WorkstyleOS, users are called a "worker".
You can register workers, check their schedules, reserve seats and meeting rooms, make appointments, etc., and share information such as "who" of team members is working "where" on WorkstyleOS Portal.
You can also set up ACALL Applications such as ACALL RECEPTION.
The operations available on WorkstyleOS Portal differ from administrator to general user.

Log in to WorkstyleOS Portal
Let's start using WorkstyleOS Portal.
You will receive "ACALL: Noticfication for Pro (Unlimilted) Plan Application Completion" email to your registered email address, please access the login page and enter your login information.
Log in and start registering workers.
You can manage worker registration and deletion (leave or absence) on WorkstyleOS Portal.
You can add/delete groups such as departments or teams within your company, and set up group hierarchies in WorkstyleOS Portal.
For example, group setting allows ACALL RECEPTION notifications to be sent to registered groups instead of individuals.
Main functions of WorkstyleOS
Let's explore the basic settings and operating instructions for the main functions of the WorkstyleOS.

Reception and entry/exit function
Administrator sets up the reception and entry/exit on WorkstyleOS Portal and installs ACALL RECEPTION on the iPad.
Workers create an "appointment" and send QR code to their guests.
Guests scan the QR code to check-in at the reception using ACALL RECEPTION.
Administrator sets up workspace on WorkstyleOS Portal and installs ACALL MEETING on iPad.
Workers "reserve a workspace" and use the meeting room using ACALL MEETING.
Administrator sets up hot-desking (hoteling) function to share work time and place on WorkstyleOS Portal.
Workers reserve spots (seats or meeting rooms) and check in to when they use it.
ACALL Applications are applications for iPad and smartphone.
These various ACALL Applications are for realization of smart offices and expanding your options for where you work.
You need to set up ACALL Applications to start.
