This page explains how to check-in and enter/exit a spot linked with Smart Lock (Akerun).

What you can do with smart lock (Akerun) connect

You can unlock and use Akerun from Photosynth Inc. by scanning a QR code placed in front of the room with the mobile app Acall Mobile in spot linked with smart lock in Acall.

Use spots linked with Akerun

Reserve a spot

You can reserve a spot linked with Akerun in Acall Portal reservation screen and Acall Mobile.

Check in a spot, unlock Akerun, and enter

Check in the reserved spot and unlock Akerun.

Follow the steps to open the check-in tab in Acall Mobile and scan the QR code of the spot linked with Akerun.

Once it is authenticated, it will switch to Akerun unlock screen.

When the spot is successfully unlocked, a completion notification for unlock will be displayed in Acall Mobile. 

Unlock Akerun and re-enter

When you re-enter the room after leaving, you can use Acall Mobile to unlock Akerun.

Open the check-in tab in Acall Mobile and scan the QR of the spot linked with Akerun.

Once it is authenticated, Akerun will unlock it.

Exit a spot

When you exit a spot, manually press Akerun to unlock the spot.

Lock the door when entering and exiting the room

Akerun's key is auto-lock setting, and it will lock automatically when you enter or leave the room.

Check out from a spot

Different from unlocking and locking Akerun, you can check out from a spot.

When your appointment ends, you will be auto-checked out.
