Check the check-in status of the worker you searched
The spot where the worker has currently checked in will display under the worker's name as shown in the picture below.
We have a set of the following hierarchical structure of spots on this page as an example here.
Workers who have not currently checked in to a spot will be displayed in light gray.
Click on the map icon on the right of the spot name to display a pop-up window of the worker's check-in status.
|①||Check-in status and reservation status||
The currently checked-in spot and reservation time are in blue.
The spots reserved for today and the reservation times are in gray.
|②||List of workers who have checked in a spot||
It will display a list of workers who have currently checked in the spot.
*Two workers have checked in the floor map above, but only one has checked in to seat A-01, so the worker only is shown in the list.
*If a spot has child spots in a hierarchical structure, the workers who have checked in to the child spots are also displayed in the list.
|③||Spot name||The spot name will be displayed.|
The floor map will be displayed.
*The floor map without any spots registration will not be displayed.
If the spot does not have the floor map registered, the following screen will be displayed.
When you click on a reserved spot, ③the spot name and ④the floor map will display information about the reservation time slot of the selected spot.
Reserve a spot near the worker you searched
You can reserve a spot from the floor map displayed on the worker's check-in status pop-up screen.
If the floor is not registered, it will not display the floor map,
and you will not be able to reserve a spot from the pop-up screen.
