This page explains how to check the version of ACALL's Office add-ins in Outlook and update the version.

NOTE
・Usually, the version will be automatically updated when you relaunch the add-in. 
If the version is not up to date due to browser or app cache, etc., you will need to update it manually.

Check the version of ACALL's Office add-ins in Outlook

The add-in version is displayed at the bottom of the add-in screen for both the browser and desktop app versions.

Please check the "List of Supported OS and Versions of the Application" for the latest version of the add-ins.

Updating ACALL's Office Add-ins in Outlook (browser version)

Right-click anywhere where the add-in is displayed, and then click "Reload Frame."

Right-click anywhere where the add-in is displayed, and then click "Update to the latest information."

Microsoft Outlook
