This page explains how to set email templates.
What is an email template?
You can create an email template with an appoint code to be sent for invited guests on reception and entry/exit procedure function.
You can create a unique email template in your company and prepare multiple email templates to use them in different situations.

Creating email templates
After logging in the WorkstyleOS Portal, click [Settings] > [Email Templates] on the side menu.
Click [+Add New].
Click [CREATE] after entering informations about templates.
Entry items for email templates
ATTENTION
・Fields marked with an asterisk (*) are required.

Tags that can be used in email templates
By utilizing tags, you can reflect the content of the appointment and send emails.

Name of the worker who sent the e-mail |
[places] |
Name of the meeting room reserved for the appointment. |
[starting_at] |
Start time of the appointment. |
[ending_at] |
End time of the appointment |
[users] |
Name of the person in charge of the appointment |
[location] |
Location of the meeting room reserved for the appointment. |
The email template you created will be displayed.
The email template you created is available immediately.
You can select email templates when creating appointments.
Editting email templates
After logging in the Portal, click [Settings] > [Email Templates] on the side menu.
Click the template you want to edit, and click the edit icon (pencil mark) in the upper right corner of the template on the Email Templates screen.
After editing the content in edit screen, click [UPDATE] to complete.
Deleting email templates
ATTENTION
・You cannot restore email templates once you delete them.
After logging in the WorkstyleOS Portal, click [Settings] > [Email Templates] on the side menu.
Click the template you want to delete, and click the edit icon (pencil mark) in the upper right corner of the template on the email templates screen.
Click [DELETE] in edit screen and, click [OK] on a pop-up window will be displayed.
