WorkstCreate a spot in WorkstyleOS.
Once created, you can reserve a spot through ACALL mobile or Reserve Display.
What are spots?
In WorkstyleOS, a "spot" is defined as any space you want to reserve, such as a seat, a meeting room, or a floor. You can register and display spots in a hierarchical structure (up to 4 levels).
■Example: managing seats and meeting rooms in multiple locations

List of Spots
It displays the list of all spots registered.

Creating a Spot
You can create a new spot on this screen.

It displays its parent spot’s name. *Available only when you create a new spot under an existing spot. |

Select the check-in methods. ACALL WORK: Check in via ACALL WORK QR code: Scan the QR code with ACALL mobile to check in |
Simultaneous Use Setting |
It is a setting that allows you to use it at the same time. ON: Multiple people can reserve/use the spot at the same time. OFF: Only one person can reserve/use the spot at a time. |
Spot Capacity |
Limit the number of people who can reserve/use the spot at the same time. *Available when the Simultaneous Use Setting is on. |
Only Instantly Setting |
ON: You can reserve the seat right before you use it. (You cannot reserve it in advance.) OFF: You can reserve the spot in advance from ACALL mobile, iPad(reserve display), and WorkstyleOS Portal. |
Open 24 hours |
ON: You can reserve/use the spot for 24 hours. OFF: You can reserve/use the spot between the start time and the end time you set. |
Sensor |
Link a sensor to the spot. *Available when the sensor option is on. |
Description |
Enter the spot information. The description will be displayed on WorkstyleOS Portal, ACALL mobile, and iPad (reserve display). |

Create Spots
You can create spots from the list of the spots.
Here is the example of an hierarchical structure.

From the WorkstyleOS Portal menu > select “Spots”
*Delete the default spots if you don’t need them.
Clock the “ ︙ “ button and select “Create Spot”.
Enter the spot information for the first level "Kobe Office" and click the "CREATE" button.
It shows "SUCCESS" in the lower right corner of the spot list screen when the spot creation is complete.
*If you do not want to check in a spot, do not set a check-in method.
Create the second level spot “2nd Floor”.
Click the "+" button to the right of "Kobe Office" to create a spot under "Kobe Office".
Enter the information for “2nd Floor” and click the “CREATE” button.
It shows "SUCCESS" in the lower right corner of the spot list screen when the spot creation is complete.
In the same way, create an "Office Area" under the "2nd Floor" on the third level.
*If you do not want to check in a spot, do not set a check-in method.
Create the fourth level spot, “A-01” (a seat).
Click the "+" button to the right of "Office Area" to create a spot under "Office Area".
Enter the information for “A-01” and click the “CREATE” button.
It shows "SUCCESS" in the lower right corner of the spot list screen when the spot creation is complete.
Register a Floor Map and Place Seats
Register a floor map for a spot on the level one above the room or seat you want to reserve.
For example, we register a floor map on “2nd Floor” to reserve “A-01” (a seat) and “Meeting Room A” (a room).

From the WorkstyleOS Portal menu > select “Spots”
Click the edit button (pencil icon) of the spot where you want to register the floor map.
Check “Use as a floor” and click “UPDATE”.
Click the "Choose File" button or drag and drop to register the floor map image.
After registering the image, enter the actual size of the floor in height or width.
■About the floor map image you need to prepare
Recommended image size: 1/25 of actual size
Supported file formats: jpg/png only
The right side of the screen shows the spots that have not been placed yet.
Start by arranging the rooms, and finally the seats.
After all the seats are placed, use the vertical or horizontal alignment tools.
FAQ
Q. Is there a limit to the number of spots I can register?
A. There is no upper limit.
