What is hot desking (seat reservation)?

Hot desking is a seat reservation function.

You can reserve a seat in a free-address office or shared office from anywhere.

You can check-in into your reserved seat via ACALL mobile, PC or iPad.

Reserving a seat

There are two types of seat reservations: Advance Reservations and Immediate Reservations.

How to check in

Currently, check-in is only available via QR code, but it will be possible to check-in in a variety of ways in the future.
