Reserve your seat in advance through the WorkstyleOS Portal.
Also, please set up your iPad in advance.
After logging in to Portal, go to the sidebar [Reservations] and click on the [Seats] tab.

Making a reservation in advance
Select a reservation date from the calendar.
The date is set as the default value.
Select a workspace from the drop-down menu.
Selecting a floor
Select a floor from the drop-down menu.
Set the usage time from the timeline by dragging and dropping.
To extend/shorten the time, select the ● on the right; to shift the time, select the ● on the left and move it.
Select the seat you want to use on the floor map and click the "Reserve" button on the right side of the screen.

Confirm the reservation information displayed on the right side of the screen, and click the [CREATE] button.
You can also change the date and time of your appointment from this screen.
When you complete the reservation, the [SUCCESS] pop-up will appear in the lower right corner of the screen.
Editing/deleting an appointment
When you select the seat you want to edit, the reservation details screen will appear on the right side of the screen.
Click the [Edit] button at the bottom right of the screen.
To edit: Set the date and time, and click the [UPDATE] button.
To delete: Click the [DELETE] button.
The [SUCCESS] pop-up will appear in the lower right corner of the screen.
FAQ
Q. How long can I edit/cancel my reservation?
・You can change or cancel the start/end time until the reservation start time has passed.
・If the reservation start time has passed, only the end time can be changed.
・If the reservation end time has passed, the time cannot be changed or cancelled.
Q. What happens if I don't check in to the seat I reserved?
If a guest does not check in for 10 minutes past the reservation start time, the reservation will be automatically cancelled.
Also, if the reservation is automatically cancelled, it will be shown in the history of My Page from the time the reservation started to 10 minutes later.
For example: If you made a seat reservation for 10:00 ~ 11:00, but did not check in at 10:10, the reservation for 10:00~10:10 will be shown in your My Page history.
