The administrator can set the "Corporate Operation Rules" on the Portal screen to restrict the available time and the period of time when the conference room can be reserved in advance.
NOTE
This restriction is not applied to a worker who is an administrator or a multi-tenant administrator.
Setting Appointment and Meeting Room Reservation Rules
After logging in to Protal, you can set the time and reservation limits in the [Reservation Policy] section under [Settings] > [Company setting] in the side menu.
By default, the time limit is off and the reservation limit is set to a maximum of 12 months.
When the time limit is enabled, you can set a minimum of 15 minutes and a maximum of 1440 minutes.
If you enable the appointment limit, you can set a minimum of 1 month and a maximum of 36 months.
Click the Update button at the bottom of the page to confirm the settings.
Create/Edit Appointments

If there is a time limit on the appointment setting screen, you will not be able to select an end time that exceeds the limit.
NOTE
- The only dates that can be entered in the appointment date field are those that are within the appointment limit.
- The key mark will be displayed for users with general privileges, but not for users with administrator or tenant administrator privileges.
Creating/Editing a Meeting Room Reservation

When you create an appointment or internal meeting from the reception/meeting room status screen, the room will automatically be reserved for the maximum amount of time, even if you try to select more than the time limit.
For example, if the time limit is 60 minutes, you can select to reserve 120 minutes, but it will automatically select a reservation for 60 minutes.
NOTE
- The dates that can be selected from the calendar icon are only dates within the reservation limit.
- The appointment/meeting room reservation restriction only applies to users with general privileges, not to users with administrator or tenant administrator privileges.
Confirmation of ACALL MEETING restrictions
If you set a time limit, ACALL MEETING will also set a time limit, and the available time will be displayed at the top.
The time limit will also be applied in ACALL mobile, ACALL's smartphone application.
If a worker with general privileges selects a time that exceeds the limit, an error message will be displayed and no reservation will be created.
