ACALL RECEPTION allows you to use the appointment code (2D code/numeric code) issued when you make an appointment in advance to facilitate the reception on the day of the appointment. Here are the steps to create an appointment from WorkstyleOS Portal.
Create an appointment
After logging in to Portal, click [ADD NEW] in the upper right corner and select [Appointment].
Choose between "In-house" and "Visitor" reservation types
You can choose between two types of reservations: "In-house" and "Visitor".
"In-house" can be used to make a reservation for an internal meeting without inviting a guest, while "Visitor" can be used to make an appointment with a guest.
In the case of "Visitor," when you select a guest and create a reservation, a two-dimensional code and a numeric code will be generated that can be used for ACALL RECEPTION's visit notification.
Create an appointment with "In-house"
Appointment screen appears, click [In-house] for the Type field.
Enter the information for each item as follows.

Creating a Reservation with “Visitors”
Registering Appointment Information
When the Create New Appointment screen appears, click [Visitor] in the Type field.
Enter the information for each item as follows.

Registering Guest Information
Next, click on the Guest tab to register a guest.
Select an already registered guest from [choose guest].

To add a new guest, click on [SELECT].
The Create New Guest screen will be displayed.
Check the generated reservation and the code (QR code/numeric code)
After logging in to Protal, click on [Check-in status] in the side menu to see the reservations you have created.
Click on the pencil symbol next to the reservation.
Click on the code symbol () to see the two-dimensional code and the numeric code.
Making a reservation from the Reservations menu
You can make a reservation by selecting an available room from the registered workspaces in the Portal side menu [Reservation].
Activate [Meeting Room Management]
After logging in to Portal, please enable [Meeting Room Management] in the [Additional Functions] section of the side menu [Settings] > [Company Settings] and save the settings.
Create a reservation
After logging in to Protal, click on [Reservations] in the side menu to view a list of available meeting rooms and equipment.
Drag a cell to select the time and meeting room to be reserved.
Select [Create Appointment] to display the Create Appointment screen.
The appointments that you have registered will be displayed as "visitor" and registered as appointments.
When you select [Create a company meeting], the company meeting creation screen will appear.The registered appointments are displayed as "In-house" and the meeting is registered.
You can restrict the viewing of other people's appointments by setting the viewing policy and private settings for the created appointments and internal meetings.
Narrow down by conference room
Click on [select by date] at the top of the screen, and then click on the calendar icon next to the date to check the usage of the meeting room and equipment for that specific date.
If you check the checkbox for [filter by room], you can select a conference room or equipment to further narrow down the resources.

If you check the [filter by time] checkbox, the results will be narrowed down to only those days in the selected time period when that time slot is available.

Click on [select by rooms] at the top of the screen and select a meeting room from the select box below it to check the usage status of the meeting room.
