ACALL RECEPTION allows you to freely customize the text and images on the call completion screen. By configuring each menu button on the reception screen, you can create a reception guide that suits your purpose. The following are the steps to set up the message display function.


Select the device to be edited
After logging in to Portal, click Apps > ACALL RECEPTION > Edit (pencil mark) on the corresponding device in the side menu to open the edit screen.
Select a message
The Edit Device screen will appear.
Next, click on [DEFAULT MESSAGE] for the button labeled message.
Create a new message
Click [ADD NEW] in the upper right corner of the screen.
Configure layout/insert image and set message
You can set the background color, layout (type A~E), text (title/message), time to display (seconds), and image for the message to be displayed.
You can insert words that match the appointment information by inserting [Body available tags].
If you insert [place_info], the name of the meeting room will be displayed if there is meeting room information.
If there is no information corresponding to the tag, the line containing the tag will not be displayed.
Check the [preview] checkbox at the bottom right of the screen to see how it will look with and without the corresponding tag information.
When you are done editing, click Save.
Select the message content to be displayed for each button label, click OK, and then click Update.

Confirm the update on your iPad
Finally, launch ACALL RECEPTION on your iPad, select each menu button, and check if the message you specified is displayed on the reception completion screen.
