ACALL RECEPTION allows you to receive notifications even by voice call to your designated landline/mobile phone. Since the call is sent directly to your landline/mobile phone, you can receive notifications of visits more reliably than with email or other chat applications, allowing for a more diverse work style. The following are the steps to set up the voice incoming call feature.
Turn on the voice notification function
After logging in to Portal, click [App Settings] > [ACALL RECEPTION] in the side menu.
Switch [Voice Notification] in the [Additional Features] section to ON, and click [Update] at the bottom of the screen.
Set the worker's number
Administrators should set their mobile phone numbers in the worker edit screen.
If you are an ordinary worker, you can set your own number in [Account Settings].
The hyphens "-" are not necessary when registering a phone number.
Verify that the voice call arrives at the specified number
Finally, make sure that you receive a voice call when you call in the ACALL RECEPTION and select the worker who entered the number.
By using the visitor information input function, you will be notified of the visitor's information (purpose of visit/company name/name) as well, so you can respond to visitors with an understanding of their attributes.
