You can add original items to an appointment information you have created by setting up custom fields for the appointment.
Setting custom fields
Click [Settings] > [Custom Fields] in the side menu, and click [Create Custom Field] on the icon next to the search window for Appointments.
Entering and saving custom field information
The new create field screen will be displayed.
Please select the data type of the field from the drop-down menu. You can choose among the following five data types.
- Text Field (Single-line)
- Text Field (Multi-line)
- Yes or No (Checkbox)
- Selection (Multiple Choice)
- Selection (Single Choice)
Please register the [Label] and [Identification key] after selecting each option.
Label will be displayed as the name of the custom field item.
Identification key is an external key for setting when using Webhook.
When the registration is complete, click [CREATE] to complete.
・It is impossible to register the same name for [Label] and [Identification key].
