By setting up custom fields for an appointment, you can add original fields to the appointment information you have created.
Setting up custom fields
Click [Settings] > [Custom fields] in the side menu, and click [Create Custom Field] from the symbol next to the search window for Appointments.
Entering and saving custom field information
The Create New Field screen will appear.
Select the data type of the field from the drop-down menu. You can choose from the following five data types.
1. text field (single line text input)
2. text field (multi-line text input)
3. Yes/No (checkbox)
4. multi select
5. select
After selecting each option, please register the [Label] and [Identification key].
Label will be displayed as the name of the custom field item.
Identification key is a foreign key to be set when using Webhook.
When registration is complete, click [CREATE] and you're done!
NOTE
It is not possible to register the same name for [Label Name] and [Identification Key].
Checking the custom fields in the Appointment Creation screen
From the Create Appointment screen, you can see the custom fields you have created.
