This page explains about ACALL MEETING application settings.

You need to enable "Meeting Room Management" function in advance.

Please refer to [Meeting Room Reservation/Usage Management Settings].

Notification Setting

The worker in charge of the reservation will receive notification email five minutes before the meeting starts by enabling thいs setting.

💡 NOTE
You will not be notified if the meeting has already started on ACALL MEETING.

Automatic Cancellation Setting

You can set the auto-cancellation time for meetings.

Status Management

You can manage the status of meeting rooms.

Drink Order

You can notify drink order to any recipient during a meeting.

Meeting End Alert

You can set meeting end alert.
