You can choose whether or not to display groups on the iPad on the ACALL RECEPTION. If you don't want the group to be displayed on the iPad in terms of its nature, such as for security perspectives or top secret project teams, you can choose not to display it. The following are the steps how to set the display settings on the device.

Selecting a group

Click [Organization] > [Groups] on side menu of the Portal and click [Edit] icon (pencil mark) for opening the edit screen.

Turning OFF "show on device"

Turn OFF item, [show on device] as shown below, and click [SAVE].

Confirming if it is not displayed

Finally, confirm that the group is not displayed now. The eye icon will be added and displayed on it.

The group will not be displayed on the ACALL RECEPTION.
