By turning on the response function, ACALL RECEPTION will display three buttons on the visitor's notification: “On the way," "Please wait," and "Decline," and when clicked, the set message will be displayed on the reception device.
This allows the visitor to confirm that the person in charge has received the notification, and makes the receptionist feel at ease. The following are the steps to set up the response function.
Turn on the response function
After logging in to Portal, click [App Settings] > [ACALL RECEPTION] in the side menu.
Turn on the [Response function] in the [Additional functions] section, and click [Save] at the bottom of the screen.
Register the response message to the device
Click [App settings] > [ACALL RECEPTION] on the Portal side menu > [Edit] (pencil mark) on the device you want to register a response message to open the edit screen.
Register the message you want to send to the visitor after answering the call to [Accept], [Wait], and [Reject] in the [Response Message Settings] section.
When you have completed the settings, click [Update] at the bottom.
