By turning on the response function (approval), three buttons on the visitor's notification: “On my way" "Please wait" and "Decline" will be displayed on Acall Reception. When you click one of them, the selected message will be displayed on the reception device.
This allows the visitor to confirm that the person in charge has received the notification, and makes the reception process feel at ease. The following are the steps how to set up the response functions (approval).
Turn on the response function (approval)
After logging in to Acall Portal, click [App settings] > [Acall Reception] on the side menu.
Turn on the [Approval] in the "Additional functions" section, and click [SAVE] at the bottom of the screen.
Register response messages
Click [App settings] > [Acall Reception] on the side menu of the Portal and click [Edit] icon (pencil mark) on the device you want to register response messages for opening the edit screen.
Register messages you want to send to visitors after receiving a visitor notification in "Approval", "Wait", and "Reject" in the Response messages section.
When you have completed the settings, click [UPDATE] at the bottom.
Select a response when you receive a visitor notification
The person in charge will receive a notification via email or chat tool when guests visit to your office.
Click on the link in your email or chat tool.
Click one of the response options displayed [On my way], [Please wait], or [Decline], after clicking the URL.
・If visitor enter with the appoint code, "Decline" will not be displayed in the response screen.

If there is no response from the person in charge after a certain period of time, you can call the person in charge again.
