If the person in charge of ACALL RECEPTION is unable to answer, ACALL RECEPTION will send a notification to the front desk when the notification is sent again in 30 seconds, so that someone will always answer the call and the customer will not be kept waiting. The following is the flow of notifications to the front desk.
- You need to select one person as the front desk.
- For detailed settings of the front desk's notification, please see Setting up email notification and resending notification.
Select the general receptionist
In the Portal side menu, click App settings > ACALL RECEPTION > Edit (pencil mark) on the corresponding device to open the edit screen.
In the front desk section, search for the worker you want to appoint, and click the name of the person in charge.
When you have completed the settings, click [UPDATE].
Confirm that you will receive a notification upon re-notification
Finally, make sure that the general receptionist you have selected will also receive a notification when you resend.
