ACALL RECEPTION will send a notification to the front desk receptionist when the notification is sent again in 30 seconds if the person in charge is unable to response. Therefore, someone will always answer the call and visitors will not be kept waiting. The following is the flow of notifications to the front desk.
・You need to select one person as the front desk receptionist.
・Please refer to Setting Up Email Notification and Re-sending Notification for notification settings of the front desk.
Selecting a front desk receptionist
Click [App settings] > [ACALL RECEPTION] in the side menu of the Portal and click [Edit] icon (pencil mark) on the device you want to edit.
In the front desk section, search for the worker you want to appoint, and click the name of the person in charge.
When you have completed the settings, click [UPDATE].
Confirming that you will receive a notification when re-notification
Finally, please make sure that the front desk receptionist you have selected will also receive a notification when ACALL RECEPTION resend a notification.
The person in charge of the appointment and the front desk will receive re-notification.
