ACALL RECEPTION allows you to set up detailed settings for visitor notification, so you can choose the method of visitor notification that best suits your ACALL users. Here is how to set up notifications to the general receptionist, whether or not to send email notifications, how many times to resend visit notifications, and the resend interval.

Selecting notifications to the general receptionist
After logging in to Portal, click [Application Settings] > [ACALL RECEPTION] in the side menu.
Select one of the three options from the visit notification settings, and click [Save] at the bottom of the screen.

Select the check box and click [Save] at the bottom of the screen.
NOTE
You cannot choose to turn on or off email notifications on a per-worker basis.
Setting the Number of Times to Resend Notifications
This section applies only to Pro and Unlimited plans.
For the Basic plan, the resend count is fixed at "once" and "resend interval 30 seconds”.
NOTE
If you have chosen to use the "Answer" function in the company settings, you cannot set up resending of notifications.

You can select the number of resending from 0 to a maximum of 10 times. After selecting, click [Save] at the bottom of the screen.
Setting the interval for resending notifications
The resend interval can be set in 30-second increments up to a maximum of 5 minutes.
Click [Save] at the bottom of the screen.
