ACALL RECEPTION allows you to receive notifications via SMS (Short Message Service) in addition to email. When receiving notifications via email, it may be difficult for workers who are frequently away from the office to be aware of the notifications, but when used in conjunction with SMS notifications, they can be more reliably notified. The following are the steps to set up SMS notifications.
Turning on the SMS notification function
After logging in to Portal, click [App Settings] > [ACALL RECEPTION] in the side menu.
Switch [SMS Notification] to ON in the [Additional Features] section, and click [Update] at the bottom of the screen.
Setting a worker's mobile number
Administrators should set the cell phone number on the worker's edit screen.
If you want to set up the worker information in CSV, please import the CSV file of the worker.
If you are an ordinary worker, you can set your mobile number yourself in the [Account Settings].
When registering a phone number, the hyphen "-" is not necessary.
Make sure that SMS notification is sent to the specified mobile number
Finally, make sure that you receive an SMS notification when you call in ACALL RECEPTION and select a worker who has entered a mobile number.
By using the visitor information input function, you will be notified of the visitor's information (purpose of visit/company name/name) as well, so you can respond to visitors with an understanding of their attributes.
