User: Meeting room users

With ACALL mobile, you can quickly check in with a worker code when using a meeting room.

To check in with a worker code, you need to set the worker code authentication as a requirement in ACALL MEETING.

Use the meeting room app

Tap the ACALL MEETING "For External Use" or "For Internal Use" button in the meeting room.

After specifying the time of use, swipe the bottom button to the right (ENTER), and "Holt the two-dimensional code of ACALL mobile" will be displayed.

Launch ACALL mobile and check in

Start ACALL mobile, and tap the "✔️ Check-in" button in the center of the bottom of the screen.

Hold up the QR code displayed on the check-in screen to ACALL MEETING (iPad) to complete check-in.

Note
You can check the alphanumeric code on the check-in screen of ACALL mobile. 
The code is displayed below the QR code.
