ACALL RECEPTION can print out the Admission Card and Admission Sheet at the time of visitor reception. By linking the admission card with a sticker printer, a sticker-type Admission Card can be printed, and the system can be operated without any problem even if it is unattended. The following is the setup procedure for the Admission Card and Admission Sheet printing function.

However, if you are using the multi-tenant function, enter the printer IURL in the device edit of the multi-tenant reception. This operation is available only to the tenant administrator. The selection of ON/OFF for the Admission Card or Admission Sheet, and the selection of the Admission Card or Admission Sheet can be done by the administrator.

NOTE
You will need to prepare a sticker printer for printing entrance passes. 
Available products are brother's QL-720NW/QL-820NWB. 
You will also need to use the " Admission Card printing function".

Setting up the display of the Admission Sheet

After logging in to Portal, select [Apps] > [ACALL RECEPTION] > [ACALL RECEPTION Setting] from the side menu, and enable the toggle for [Admission Card Printing] to save the settings.

Enter the URL of the printer

In the side menu, click Apps > ACALL RECEPTION > Edit (pencil mark) on the device you want to set the printer URL for to open the edit screen.

There is a printer URL field at the bottom.

Enter the URL of the Admission Card and Admission Sheet in the Printer URL field, and click [Update].

Turn on the Admission Card or the Admission Sheet

The same device edit screen as in the previous section is displayed, and you can select ON/OFF for the Admission Card or Admission Sheet for each button label.

Select the template for the Admission Card/Admission Sheet, and click the [Done] button.

Confirm that you can print the Admission Card/Admission Sheet

Finally, check if the Admission Card/Admission Sheet can be printed without any problem with the selected button label.
