You can manage the entry/exit time of visitors on the administrator screen of the ACALL RECEPTION and save you the trouble of managing handwritten admission card. The following are the steps how to manage entry/exit time.  

Clocking in entry time automatically in response to visitor notifications

Hold the QR code over or enter the numeric code

When a visitor clicks the [With An Appointment] button on the iPad reception screen and holds the QR code over or enters the numeric code, a visitor notification is sent directly to a person in charge.

Respond in a visitor notification

Click the URL or button in the visitor notification and switch to the action of "On my way" and the time when you click will be clocked in as the entry time.

Clocking in entry time on the WorkstyleOS Portal

Click [Guest checkin] on the side menu of the WorkstyleOS Portal.

Click the entry mark() to select the time and clock in the entry time in the STATUS tab of the edit screen.

The entry time can be input by one-minute.

Clocking in the exit time on the WorkstyleOS Portal

Click [Guest checkin] on the side menu of the WorkstyleOS Portal.

Click the exit mark() to select the time and clock in the exit time In the STATUS tab of the edit screen.

The entry time can be input by one-minute.

Visitors can proceed the exit procedure with their admission card

Although it is possible to proceed the exit procedure manually on the WorkstyleOS Portal, the series of flow, entry~meeting~exit, can be proceeded smoothly by using the admission card.
