You can set a logo image, screensaver images, and various colors on the reception screen of the ACALL RECEPTION. You can bring some branding effect by setting them with your company's product image or corporate color. The following are the steps how to set a logo image/screensaver images/colors.

 

 

Selecting a device to edit

After logging in the Portal, click [App settings] > [ACALL RECEPTION] and click [Edit] icon (pencil mark) on a device that you want to edit for opening the edit screen.

The device edit screen will be displayed.

Select image files you want to add by clicking the [Add] button under logo image/screensaver images, then click [Select].

Next, set the total number of slides, slide time interval (ms), and over color to be displayed on the screensaver.

・For multi-tenant devices, the screensaver can be set in the multi-tenant settings.
・The screensaver can be transparent or semi-transparent by changing the transparency of the color.

Next, set colors of the various buttons.

The Key Color, Main Button, and Sending Button points to the following locations respectively.

After completing the settings, click [UPDATE].

Confirming the update on your iPad

Finally, launch ACALL RECEPTION on your iPad and check if the update are reflected.

The updated settings will be reflected on the reception screen of the ACALL RECEPTION in real time.
