ACALL RECEPTION allows you to obtain consent for handling personal information from visitors when using the visitor information input function, and to manage visitor information based on your company's privacy policy. The following are the steps to set up consent for input information.
Select Consent for Input Information
After logging in to Portal, go to Apps > ACALL RECEPTION in the side menu, check the [Require consent for input] checkbox in the Input Information Agreement, and click Save.
Enter the personal information handling details
Enter the information regarding the handling of personal information. Click [Update] at the end.
Confirm the update on your iPad
Finally, launch ACALL RECEPTION on your iPad and confirm that the agreement is displayed after entering the visitor information.
