If the reserved meeting does not start after the scheduled time on Acall Meeting, the reservation will be automatically canceled and released. You can change the time setting for automatic cancellation takes place. (Default setting is 10 minutes.)

・It is not possible to disable this function.
・If you are using the multi-tenant function, you can change in the multi-tenant setting.

How to set automatic cancellation time

Click [App settings] in the side menu on Acall Portal and select [Acall Meeting].

Enter the time (minutes) to cancel reservation in [Time Setting] section and click [UPDATE].
