ACALL MEETING has the ability to start a meeting immediately, even without a reservation, such as a short emergency meeting. You can also make worker code (2D/alphanumeric) entry mandatory to identify the person who reserved the meeting room, thereby restricting the use of the room by anyone other than the person who reserved it.
