WorkstyleOS allows bulk import of CSV files when registering appointments/meeting room reservations. You can also export your appointment history as a CSV file.
Note
- Existing data cannot be changed or deleted.
- The guest and the guest company will be registered
as public settings at the time of new registration.
* Public settings are settings that allow users with general privileges
to view the guest name and company name.
Importing Appointment Information
Download the specified CSV file
After logging in to the Portal, select [Import / Export] from the side menu.
Click [DOWNLOAD TEMPLATE] in the upper right corner of the import menu and select [Appointments].
Verify that the CSV file has been downloaded to the specified folder.
Enter appointment information into a CSV file
Enter the following information in the downloaded CSV file and save it.
Note
- Fields marked with an asterisk (*) are required.
- For appointments, the email template will be [Required].
- Please delete the lines that say [Required] that are initially included.
- Up to 20 visitors can be entered by adding more columns.
- If the visitor (guest) listed in the CSV file is unregistered,
the guest will be registered.
- If the guest company is also unregistered,
it will be registered as a guest company.
(It will be registered as a public setting.)
- If the number of visitors is more than 3, please add a CSV column.
*For example, if you want to add a third person, please add (visitor03_email address).

Importing a CSV file
After logging in to Portal, select [Import and Export] from the side menu.
[Import] > [Check Appointments] > Click on [Upload Location] and select the CSV file.
Select the import method and click.
Check the pop-up window for registration information, click [Import], and when you see [success], you are done!
Check your registration details
Select [Reservations] from the side menu and check that the registration details have been added correctly.
Exporting Appointment Information
Click [Import / Export] in the side menu to go to the CSV operation screen.
Check the Export item: [Appointment history] and specify the time (the time period can be up to 3 months).
Click [Export], and when you see [success], you are done.
