By linking WorkstyleOS with LINE WORKS, you can send notifications to your LINE WORKS groups and personal talk rooms when guests visit your office. The following are the steps to set up LINE WORKS integration.
Issuing tokens, etc. with LINE WORKS
NOTE
This can only be done by the administrator of LINE WORKS
Access the LINE WORKS Developer Console with your LINE WORKS administrator account.

Click on the [API] item on the left side of the Developer Console screen, and click on the [Publish] button for each of the [API ID] and [Server API Consumer key].

Once issued, click [Add] at the bottom of the [Server List (Static IP Type)] field.
In the Server List, enter “ACALL” in the “Server Name” field and “52.196.136.173” in the “IP” field.
Click [Issue] to generate a token (string) in the [Token] field, then click [Copy] to copy the token and click [Agree and Use].
Connecting LINE WORKS
After you log in to Portal, go to the side menu and click on [Connect to Services] > [Chat Services], and select [LINE WORKS] and click [Connect].
Enter the LINE WORKS [API ID], [Server API Consumer Key], and [Token] (the one you generated in ①).

Enter the administrator's ID (e.g. taro@acall.jp) in the [account id] field.
After entering all the information, click [Connect]. When the room ID entry field appears, the connection is successful!
Enabling Bot in LINE WORKS
Once the connection is established, a Bot will be created in LINE WORKS
Go to the following URL to access the Admin section of LINE WORKS and enable Bot:
https://admin.worksmobile.com/authority/service

Click [Services] at the top of the screen, and then click [Bot] at the bottom left of the screen.
Click the [+Add] button on the Bot usage setting screen, check the Bot you want to add, and click the [Add] button below.

ACALL bot will be added.

Click on the ACALL Bot that appears, check the publish settings, and click the [Save] button.
This will allow the Bot to be added to the worker's LINE WORKS.
Adding members and bots to the ACALL group
Once LINE WORKS has been connected, the LINE WORKS item in the External Service Links list on the ACALL administration screen will appear as shown above.
Go to the LINE WORKS talk screen and click the [Add Member] button.

On the invitation screen, check the checkboxes to the left of all the members you want to notify and the ACALL bot, and then click [Invite] at the bottom of the screen to create a talk room.
Click the [...] button in the upper right corner of the talk room, then go to [Edit Name] or [Talk Room Settings] and rename the talk room to “ACALL” and save it.
Registering a Room ID
In the created talk room, type "@ACALL roomid please" to the ACALL bot to get the room ID.
Go back to the LINE WORKS Settings section of the ACALL administration screen and enter the Room ID you just acquired, then click the Save button.
Adding ACALL Bot to members' LINE WORKS Talk
NOTE
This should only be done on each member's LINE WORKS, not the administrator's.

You will see a notification that says, "ACALL has been added to the Bot List" in the "Service Notifications" section of the Talk Room on the LINE WORKS Talk screen.
By clicking [Use Bot] in this notification, each member will receive a notification from ACALL Bot.
