If you have an Outlook calendar, you can create appointments and send invitations from your Outlook calendar by installing ACALL's Office Add-in.
Adding Office Add-in for Outlook
If you are using an Office application, please refer to here and add the add-in.
If you are using Outlook Calendar in your browser (Outlook on the web), please follow the instructions below to add the add-in (see here for details )
Double-click on the date/time you want to create an event in the calendar to open the Create Event window, click on [...] in the upper right corner, and then click on [Add Add-in].
Click on [Get Add-in].
Since it is not currently available in the Office Store, you can add it using the Add by URL method.
Get Add-ins > My add-ins > Custom add-ins
Under [Add custom add-in], select [Add from URL].
Please enter this for the URL
Click [Add from URL]
Logging in from an Office add-in
Once the installation is complete, the ACALL logo will appear on the calendar.
Click on the logo to display the add-in.

When the ACALL login screen appears, enter your ACALL account email address and password, and log in.
If you can log in, you're done.
