This page explains how to set up groups on the WorkstyleOS.
💡 NOTE
This page explains how to register and edit groups one by one.
You can also register and edit groups in batch using a CSV file.
Please refer to "Importing and Exporting Group Information".
What is a "Group"?
WorkstyleOS allows you to register organizations, departments, and teams to which each worker belongs as "group".
Groups can be set up in a hierarchy according to your organizational structure.
Administrators can add, edit, and delete groups on the WorkstyleOS Portal.
Group Screen
the list of Group
Click on [Organization] > [Groups] on the side menu of the WorkstyleOS Portal to display a list of registered groups.

Group Creation Screen
Groups can be created by clicking on the three-dots in the upper right corner of the screen on the WorkstyleOS Portal and then [CREATE].
💡 NOTE
Fields marked with (＊) are required.

The ID identifying groups a ID is issued automatically and cannot be edited. |
| Group Name (*) |
Group name (department name) ※English names can be registered if "English display support" is turned on in [Corporate Settings] > [Additional Functions]. |
| Person in charge |
The person in charge of a group The person in charge of the group will receive direct notification when the group is called on the ACALL RECEPTION. |
| Parent Group |
Parent group in the hierarchy Setting a parent group allows you to set up a hierarchy. |
| Apple ID |
Apple ID for a call to groups via FaceTime on the ACALL RECEPTION ※Call option can be set for either Audio or Video. |
| Extension Number |
Extension number for a call to a group via extension on the ACALL RECEPTION ※Subscription for Cloud extension or On-premise extension option is required. |
| Slack Channel |
Slack channel for a notification to a group on the ACALL RECEPTION. ※Available with Slack service integration. |
| Slack Mention |
Mention settings for a notification to Slack channels Please refer to [Receiving Notifications of Visits via Slack] for details. |
| Chatwork ROOM ID |
Chatwork chat room ID for a notification to a group on the ACALL RECEPTION ※Available with Chatwork service integration. |
| GoogleChat Webhook URL |
Google Workspace Webhook URL for a notification to a group on the ACALL RECEPTION. ※Available with Google Chat service integration |
| LINE WORKS ROOM ID |
LINE WORKS ROOM ID for a notification to a group from ACALL RECEPTION. ※Available with LINE WORKS service integration. |
| Teams Webhook URL |
Microsoft Teams Webhook URL for a notification to groups on the ACALL RECEPTION. ※Available with Microsoft Teams service integration. |
| Phone Number for the Voice Notification |
Phone number for voice notification via ACALL RECEPTION to a group. ※Available when voice notification option is set. |
| Device display |
Display / Non-Display of Groups on the ACALL RECEPTION Please set as non-display when certain groups do not accept direct visitors and ゙project groups with high confidentiality. |
| Call |
ON/OFF for a call via ACALL RECEPTION
Ex) Administrative Department └ Accounting Devision └ General Affairs Devision When calling a group, the Administrative Department will be displayed. |

Group Image for the ACALL RECEPTION Recommended image size: 144px × 144px or larger |
Register Groups
Click [Create Group] from the three dots in the upper right corner of the Groups screen.
Fill in group information on the new creation page, and then click [Create].
Please refer to "Group Create Screen" for an explanation of the items.
⚠️ ATTENTION
・Fields marked with (*) are required.
・When setting up a person in charge in a group, the worker must belong to the group.
The new group will appear on the list of Groups.
Edit Groups
Click on [Organizations] > [Groups] to open the list of groups on the WorkstyleOS Portal side menu.
Click the Edit icon of the group you wish to edit to open the group edit screen
After filling in the items you wish to change, click [Update].
Delete Groups
Click on [Organization] > [Groups] on the WorkstyleOS Portal side menu to open the list of groups.
Click the [Edit] icon of the group you wish to delete to open the group edit screen.
Click [Delete].
Change Group Hierarchy
As an example, shows how to move the "General Affairs" group under the "Administration" group.
Click on [Organization] > [Groups] and click Edit (pencil mark) of the "Administration" group on the side menu of the WorkstyleOS Portal to open the edit screen.
Click [Parent Group] to display the list of groups.
Click on the group set as the parent group, and you can see the selected group on the right.
Click [Update] for the hierarchy changes.
💡 NOTE
You can also refer to "Sort and Move Groups" below to change the hierarchy.
Sort and Move Groups
Click [Organization] > [Groups] on the side menu of the WorkstyleOS Portal to open the lists of groups.
At first, Click [GROUP SORT / MOVE].
You can move the group by dragging the group.
To change the hierarchy, drag and drop the group to the lower right corner of the parent group.
When you have completed the change, please click [SAVE].
