WorkstyleOS allows you to download a batch of meeting room usage history and future reservations as a CSV file.
The downloaded data can be used to analyze the usage of the conference room to improve the efficiency of conference room use.
Choosing to export the conference room usage data
Click on the sidebar [Import / Export] to go to the CSV operation screen.
Check the [Meeting room usage] checkbox in the Export section.
Select a time period to export
Click on the item [Term] and select a period from the calendar.
After making your selection, click [EXPORT]. When you see the message [success], you are done.
NOTE
- The time period that can be selected is up to three months
from the selected date for past and future reservations.
Verifying that the CSV has been downloaded
Verify that the CSV file has been downloaded to the specified folder.
The downloaded CSV file will contain the following information.

- Meeting room name
- Meeting room capacity
- Meeting room location
- Meeting room type
- Meeting room simultaneous
- Meeting room fee
- Meeting type
- TItle
- Scheduled start at
- Scheduled end at
- Scheduled usage time (Minute)
- Extension time (Minute)
- Start time
- Ended time
- Used time (Minute)
- Extended time (Minute)
- Billing time (Minute)
- Billing money
- Canceled
- Canceled time
- Appointment created time
- Appointment creator's company name
- Appointment creator name
- Appointment creator email address
- User count
- Guest count
- Participant count
- User's company name
- User name
- User email address
- User group (Hierarchy 1)
- User group (Hierarchy 2)
- User group (Hierarchy 3)
- User group (Hierarchy 4)
- User group (Hierarchy 5)
- User group (Hierarchy 6 over)
Note
NOTE
If the hierarchy is 6 or more, it will be lined up horizontally.
(Example: Level 6, Level 7, Level 8, Level 9)
The person in charge group is displayed in the [Current affiliation group]
and not in the [Current affiliation group] used in past appointments.
(e.g., if you change from the "Sales Group" to the "Marketing Group" due to a change in department assignment,
the person in charge group will be displayed as the "Marketing Group" to which you currently belong).
Also, if the "Meeting Room Name" is also changed,
it will be displayed as the "Current Meeting Room Name".
