ACALL RECEPTION allows you to set up an email template that can be used from the appointment creation process.
Adding a new Email template
After logging in to the Portal, click on [Settings] in the main title and select [Email Templates].
Click [+ADD NEW] on the notification email setting screen that appears.
From the Create New Mail Template screen, follow the instructions and click [CREATE] to finish.

When creating an appointment, select a template for the [Email Template] field in the Appointment Information entry field.

Editing email templates
After logging in to the Portal, click [Settings] > [Email Templates] in the main title.
On the Notification Email Settings screen that appears, click the Edit button (pencil mark) in the upper right corner of the template you wish to edit.
After editing the content, click [UPDATE] to complete the update.
Deleting email templates
After logging in to the Portal, click [Settings] > [Email Templates] in the main title.
On the Notification Email Settings screen that appears, click the Edit button (pencil mark) in the upper right corner of the template you want to delete.
When you click [DELETE], a pop-up window will appear, and after confirming, click [OK] to complete the deletion.
