In WorkstyleOS, users are called "Workers" and you can manage them from the Portal by adding or deleting workers (treating them as leave or leavers). Each procedure is described below.

Registering a Worker
Creating a New Worker
After logging in to the Protal, click "ADD NEW" in the upper right corner and select "Workers".
Enter the information according to the items on the screen, and click "CREATE" to complete.
Entering and Setting Worker Information
Enter the following information for each item.
Note
- Fields marked with an asterisk (*) are required.
- Duplicate registration of e-mail addresses is not allowed.
- If you want to use the group settings, you need to register a group.

If you want to receive notifications of visits via Chatwork, enter your user ID. |
Slack |
If you want to receive notifications of visits viaSlack, enter your user ID. |
CC |
In case the person in charge is not available when a visitor arrives, you can set the workers to receive CC notifications so that other workers can also respond. |

The icon image will also be displayed in ACALL RECEPTION on the iPad. |

You can enter worker information and notes. |
Check the list of workers
After logging in to the Portal, select "Organization" > "Workers" in the main title, and confirm that the worker you created has been added to the list.
Editing Worker Information
You can change your worker information from the Portal.
Note
- General Permission Workers can only edit their own worker information.
Edit your account information
After logging in to the Portal, click the icon in the upper right corner and select "My Page".
Click on Edit (pencil mark) on the right side of the Account window to open the editing window.
Update the information and click "UPDATE" to complete the process.
Edit someone else's account information
After logging in to the Portal, select "Organization" > "Workers" in the main title, and click Edit (pencil mark) of the worker you want to edit.
After correcting the information, click "UPDATE" to complete the process.
Delete a Worker
From the Portal, you can register additional workers (joining or returning to work) or delete workers (leave or resignation).
Note
- Worker data itself cannot be deleted.
Discharge a Worker
After logging in to the Portal, select "Organization" > "Workers" in the main title, and click Edit (pencil mark) on the worker you want to delete.
Click “DISCHARGE" at the bottom of the Edit Worker screen.
After confirming the pop-up display, click “WORKER RESIGNATION" to complete the process.
Cancel a Worker's Resignation
After logging in to the Portal, select "Organization" > "Workers" in the main title, and then turn on "show discharged users" in the list screen that appears to display the workers who have left the company in the past.
Click on the icon to the right of the worker.
After confirming the pop-up message, click OK to complete the reinstatement process.
