By integrating WorkstyleOS with Slack, you can send notifications to Slack with ACALL RECEPTION when guests visit. The following are the steps to set up the Slack integration.
NOTE
It is assumed that you have already set up Slack.
When connecting to external services, please connect to the Slack account with administrator or owner rights.

Connecting to Slack
After logging in to the Portal, select [Service Integration] > [Chat Service] in the side menu to display the items for each chat service, then select [Slack] and click [Connect].
Click here for Slack integration.
Select the workspace to be linked
When you click [Connect], select the workspace you want to link and click [Allow].
Click [Allow]
Confirm that the linking has been completed
When the linking is completed, a screen will appear.
Set up a Slack user ID for the worker (account settings for direct notifications)
Administrators should register their Slack user ID in the worker's edit screen.
If you want to set up the worker information in bulk using CSV, please import the worker CSV.
Workers with general permissions can set their own user IDs in [Account Settings].
You can check your Slack user ID as follows

Click on your name at the top of the Slack sidebar to bring up the menu.
Click on [Profile & Account], the second item from the top of the menu, to display the workspace directory. Click the [...] button next to the [Edit Profile] menu button at the bottom of the workspace directory to display the menu.
At the bottom of the menu item, you can see your member ID (User ID). - How to check as an administrator
Slack administrators can view the user IDs of all users by downloading the CSV from the administration page.
Click on your name at the top of the Slack sidebar to display the menu.
Click [Member Management] in the [More Admin] menu to display the admin page.
On the right side of the [Member Management] page, click [Download CSV member list] to download the CSV file.
Setting up channel notifications
Set the notification destination when [Group Notification] is selected.
Click on [Groups] in the Portal side menu, and then click on the desired group.
Enter the name of the Slack channel in the [Slack Channel] field at the bottom, select the Mentions, and finally click [Save].
Select a notification method
Select the notification method for each menu button.
In the Portal side menu, click Apps > ACALL RECEPTION > Edit (pencil mark) on the corresponding device to open the edit screen.
For notifications, you can choose between direct notifications and channel notifications.
Click Update at the end.
Notifications will be as follows (default is direct notification)
- Direct notification: This is a direct notification to an individual.
- Channel notification: The notification will be sent to the specified channel.
NOTE
Only direct notification is available for the Basic plan.
When you select [Select Person (Open/Closed)] or [Search Person] in the action and set it to [Channel], the notification will be sent to the Slack [Channel] registered in the group to which the worker belongs.
If a worker belongs to multiple groups, the first group registered with the worker will be notified.
NOTE
The first group to be notified will be indicated by a green mark in the upper left corner of the group affiliation section of the Worker Edit screen / Account Settings screen.
Direct notification settings
An ACALL BOT will be created in Slack's "Apps" for each individual, and only notifications that are relevant to him/her will be sent.
Channel notification settings
After the Slack integration, a channel named "#acall" will be created in [Channels].
If you set the notification method to the channel, all notifications will be sent to this channel.
To specify a channel when selecting a group, click Groups > Edit (pencil mark) on the appropriate group in the side menu.
Enter the name of the channel you want to be notified in the Slack Channel field, and specify the Mentions you want to be notified about.
Finally, click [Save].
After entering and saving the channel name from the group edit, the Slack icon and channel name will appear next to the group name in the group list.
