- Channel notification: The notification will be sent to the specified channel.
Only direct notification is available for the Basic plan.
When you select [Select Person (Open/Closed)] or [Search Person] in the action and set it to [Channel], the notification will be sent to the Slack [Channel] registered in the group to which the worker belongs.
If a worker belongs to multiple groups, the first group registered with the worker will be notified.
The first group to be notified will be indicated by a green mark in the upper left corner of the group affiliation section of the Worker Edit screen / Account Settings screen.
Direct notification settings
An ACALL BOT will be created in Slack's "Apps" for each individual, and only notifications that are relevant to him/her will be sent.
Channel notification settings

If you set the notification method to the channel, all notifications will be sent to this channel.
To specify a channel when selecting a group, click Groups > Edit (pencil mark) on the appropriate group in the side menu.
Enter the name of the channel you want to be notified in the Slack Channel field, and specify the Mentions you want to be notified about.
