You can display messages for each person in charge when a visitor selects a person in charge for a call on the ACALL RECEPTION. This can be helpful for facilitating communication between visitors and the person in charge.
Setting a worker message title
ATTENTION
It will be displayed as "Message" by default, if a worker message title is left blank.
After logging in the Portal, click [App settings] > [ACALL RECEPTION] on the side menu.
Enter a title in the [Worker’s message title] field in the [For device view] section. (e.g. self-introduction, greeting, etc.).
Click [SAVE] to complete the setting.
Entering a worker message
ATTENTION
Even if a worker message title has been entered, the worker message field will not be displayed on the call screen when you keep the worker message is blank.
After logging in the Portal, select [Workers] on the side menu.
Click an edit icon (pencil mark) for opening the edit screen of the worker.
Enter your message in the [Worker message] field, and click [UPDATE] to complete the setting.
