When a visitor selects a person to be called from the ACALL RECEPTION, the message set for each person can be displayed. This can be used to facilitate communication between visitors and the person in charge.
Setting Worker Message Titles
If the worker message title is left blank, it will be displayed as "Message" by default.
After logging in to Portal, select [App settings] in the main title and click [ACALL RECEPTION].
Enter a title in the [Worker’s message title] field in the [For device view] section of [ACALL RECEPTION Setting] (e.g. self-introduction, greeting, etc.).
Click [SAVE] to complete the display settings.
Enter the worker message
Even if a worker message title has been set, if the worker message is blank,
the worker message field will not be displayed on the caller screen.
After logging in to Portal, select [Workers] in the main title.
Click the Edit Worker button (pencil mark) to open the Worker Edit screen.
Enter a message of your choice in the [worker message] field, and click [UPDATE] to complete the process.
