Setting the group display on the reception iPad
On the ACALL RECEPTION, you can choose whether to show groups on the iPad or not. If It is not considered desirable to show its on the reception iPad, such as for security perspectives or top secret project teams, you can choose not to show it.
Setting the group display
Select the target group
After logging in to Portal, select [Groups] under the main title and click "Edit"(pencil mark) for the target group.
The group edit screen will appear.
Turn device display off
Set [Device display] to “OFF,” and then click [UPDATE].
Confirm that it is non-display
After logging in to Portal, select [Groups] under the main title .
If you find an eye icon that has been added to the target group in the group list screen and it is displayed as grayed out, it has completed successfully. (ACALL RECEPTION will not display the target group.)
Setting the notification method when selecting a group in the reception iPad
If you set up a contact person for each group, when a visitor selects the target group on the reception iPad, that person will receive a notification of the visit.
Note
- If you have not set up a contact person, the general receptionist will receive the notification.
Select a target group
After logging in to Portal, select [Groups] under the main title, and click "Edit"(pencil mark) to display the group edit screen.
Specify a contact person
Search for the target worker in the Contact Person field and click on the name of the contact person.
After setting it, click [UPDATE].
Confirm that the contact person has been set
After logging in to Portal, select [Groups] under the main title.
If you confirm the setting of the contact person in the group list, the work is complete.
