ACALL supports both English and Japanese for both devices and management screens. In addition, by setting the language on the management screen, additional wording when notifying workers of visits and linking to external calendars will be written in both Japanese and English.
Turning English display support on in company settings
After logging in to Portal, select [Settings] from the main title and click on [Company Settings].
Go to [Additional Features] and change the toggle for "[English Language Support] to ON, then click [UPDATE] to finish.
Change the language of the admin panel
After logging in to the Portal, click the globe symbol on the left side of the icon to display the language menu.
Select [English] to switch to English in the management screen.
